The maintenance service I provide aims to protect, preserve, valorize the door.
1. Ordinary maintenance or recurrent yearly service start from 70.000 HUF all inclusive
2. First intervention on main doors in bad conditions start from 300.000 HUF all inclusive
Both of the service includes:
cleaning
removal of spoilt paint, rust and improper installations
minor reparations on wood panels
restoring iron engravings, incisions and decorations
polishing metal panels
checking and maintaining the functionality of mechanical parts
ordering cables and electrical appliances
surfaces treatment with specific technical products

PREPARING THE SURFACES
REMOVAL OF SPOILT PAINT
SMALL REPARATION
I recover the door from minor damages and imperfection:
I remove the original treatment only where not protective anymore:
checking and maintaining the functionality of mechanical parts
Clean the door from dust, oil, impurities, spider nets.
Remove wrong parts, marks, sticker, unpaired nails old screw.
Delete graffiti
Scrape surface and smooth panel
Bring to surface motif and decorations
Restore edges and geometrical shapes
Spoil the old paint crust from iron installations
Fix removable parts and installations.
Maintenance of mechanical parts.
Organize cable trays.
Fill damages in the wood panel and between the wall and the frame.

I work as I would work at my place, caring for the privacy of the residents. To retain the heritage of the door and to guarantee a cost-result effective project the principles of minimum intervention are considered for each work plan. I prefer to purchase products and services locally participating to the everyday life of the local community.
